The apartment is located within walking distance to the fashion and financial districts of Milan, about halfway between the center and the "Città Studi" University District, in via Ciro Menotti 16/A, on the corner between via Ciro Menotti and via Modena.

How to get here

By airplane & public transportation:

From Linate Airport: take bus n.73 (metropolitan bus) for about 10 stops. Get off at the "22 Marzo - Bronzetti" stop. Here take bus number 60 (direction "Stz Centrale" or "4 Novembre") or 62 (direction "Sire Raul" or "Leoncavallo") for 3 stops. Get off at the "C.Morrone - Modena" stop. Proceed on foot for 250 mts.
From Orio al Serio Airport, first take the bus to "Stazione Centrale" (takes about 1 hr), then take metropolitan bus number 60 (direction "Europa"). Get off at "C.Morrone - Indipendenza". Proceed on foot for 250 mts.
From Malpensa Airport, first take the train to "Stazione Cadorna" (about 45 min), then take metropolitan bus number 61 (direction "Murani"). Get off at "C.Morrone - Indipendenza". Proceed on foot for 250 mts.

Taking a cab is probably easier. However, if you are arriving at Orio al Serio or Malpensa airport, we suggest that you fiirst take the bus / train in order to enter the metropolitan area.

By train & public transportation: most long-distance trains arrive at "Stazione Centrale". From there, take metropolitan bus number 60 (direction "Europa"). Get off at "C.Morrone - Indipendenza". Proceed on foot for 250 mts.

Getting around Milan

Traffic in downtown Milan may be chaotic in daytime, so it might be more comfortable to visit the city by public transportation (http://www.atm-mi.it/ATM/eng, 1 EUR tickets give 70-minutes access to the urban network, except for the metro where the ticket is valid for a one-way trip) and on foot.

Parking

Free public parking lots (usually marked with white lines) can hardly be found in downtown Milano.
Parking lots marked with a blue line can be found very near to the apartment at the following conditions:

free during the night (7 p.m. - 9 a.m.) and on Sundays. Be aware that on Tuesday night, no parking at all is allowed from 12AM to 6AM because of street cleaning
available at a fee of 1,20 EUR / hour in daytime (9 a.m. to 7 p.m.) in working days

Parking tickets are available in tobacco and newspaper shops. Please always check the street signs for updated information about parking conditions.
Parking lots marked with a yellow line are residents-only and should not be occupied.

Payment conditions are as follows:

30% of the rental price is due upon reservation, through bank transfer or secure online credit card payment;
the remaining 70% is due, in cash, at your arrival
